Due Tuesday 10/9
1. Lesson 5: RSS. Please use your completed Record of Work to guide the homework you do. Everyone has the same basic tasks to complete, but individually you will most likely have different tasks to do. The Lesson 5 items listed in the Record of Work should be completed by next Tuesday, October 16. After Tuesday, I will review what you have done for grading. 2. Readings: Kahn & Kellner, pp. 183-185, pp. 190-198. Come ready to discuss your summaries (Homework: Class 9/20).

3. S3 (Social Software Session). Narrow down your choices and select one tool from the S3 Toolbox to teach to the class. Each student should teach a different tool, so please add the name of the tool you select to the DIY Textbook.

Write a brief summary of the main ideas and issues raised in the text. (150-180 words) What is your reaction? Respond to one particular idea that really resonates with you. (30 words) SCICU e-Portfolio.

Lesson 5 RSS: Spend an hour or two to continue your work on this activity. As usual, the aim is to complete one lesson within two class periods and to complete any unfinished work as homework.
